- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cups of carrots, grated
- 2/3 cup of raisins
- 1/3 cup of fresh pineapples, diced (optional)
- sugar, to taste
- salt, dash
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Toss and mix the salad well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
