I love trying new recipes, I am especially found of haitian food and culture. Recently I had the pleasure of making this new-to-me dessert for me and my daughters. We all loved it! It’s a nice change to have something that is not too sweet and covered with sugar! This can be enjoyed after a meal with ice cream, with a cup of coffee, or just as a snack. To me it’s like a mix of banana bread/corn bread/spice cake…yum!! If you are sick of cakes covered with frosting or just looking for a new treat i would deffinately reccomend trying this recipe out:)
